Effective date: June 30, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Credit Physicians website, client portal, and credit-health advisory services (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.

Your agreement By using our website, requesting a free credit health checkup, communicating with us, or enrolling in our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Credit Physicians is a credit-health advisory practice based in Doral, Florida, serving clients in English and Spanish. We help people understand the information on their consumer credit reports and work with them on healthy, lawful credit habits through consultations with our specialists and a secure client portal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3. The Services we provide

Our Services are educational and advisory. We review and explain, in plain language, what appears on your credit report, and we work with you on understanding and improving your credit habits. A real specialist reviews your information — we do not make decisions about your credit by automated means alone. The free credit health checkup is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything.

4. No guarantees & your credit rights

We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any particular result, credit score increase, or removal of information from your credit report. Results depend on each person's individual situation and vary.

Your rights are free You have the right, under federal law, to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file directly with the consumer reporting agencies and your creditors, at no charge, and to obtain a free copy of your credit report. You can do these things yourself without paying anyone. We will not advise you to dispute information we believe to be accurate.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Fees & payment

The credit health checkup is free. If you choose to enroll in a paid program, the fees, billing schedule, and what is included will be described to you in a separate written agreement before you are charged. Confirm fee terms and any written service agreement with counsel.

7. Cancellation & right to cancel

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you enroll in a paid program, you may have the right to cancel within a period set by your written service agreement and applicable law, and you may cancel without penalty or obligation within that period. Cancellation, refund, and any applicable statutory right-to-cancel terms will be set out in your written service agreement. Confirm cancellation and refund terms with counsel.

8. Communications consent

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about the Services by phone, text message, and email. Some calls may be placed using automated technology or an artificial-intelligence (AI) voice assistant that will identify itself, and some calls may be recorded where permitted and with consent as required. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing calls and texts at any time (reply STOP to texts) or by contacting us. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of receiving the Services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual property

The website, client portal, content, and Credit Physicians name and logo are owned by Credit Physicians or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as needed to use the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

11. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Physicians and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Confirm the liability cap and any exclusions with counsel.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credit Physicians from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law & disputes
